SHIPPING POLICY

We send our packaged + fresh products nationwide via UPS, chilled with ice packs in an insulated shipping system specifically designed to maintain temperature. Shipping & handling charges will be added to your order.

REFUND POLICY

We are confident you will love your selection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will issue a store credit or a refund for the full amount of your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if a product is damaged or spoiled, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.

We do not share or sell information about our customers, whether obtained in person or electronically, with any outside groups.

We currently offer the opportunity to purchase items through our website, and in so doing collect order information you may voluntarily supply, such as name and address. This information will be used to process your order, only, unless you also indicate that you would like to join our mailing list. Credit card information is not retained beyond the order.
